Learn to Skate/Play Hockey

Learn to play hockey with the East Coast Junior Patriots. Skaters will be introduced to the fundamentals of skating and will lead to learning the game of ice hockey.


Sessions run for 8 weeks.

Session 1 will run from December 6th through January 31st. There will be no Learn to Skate on December 27th.

Session 2 will run from February 7th through March 28th.

Each session will consist of one 50-minute lesson per week for 8 weeks ($125). The sessions this year will be held on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM at the Cronin Rink in Revere.

Players must be a minimum of 4 years old. All skaters must be outfitted with either a hockey helmet or a bike helmet. Players who can stand on skates and move around the ice unassisted by a coach must also be outfitted with a full set of hockey equipment in order to participate including a stick, hockey skates, hockey helmet, hockey gloves, shoulder pads, shin guards, and elbow pads.

No parents will be allowed out on the ice. We will have our coaching staff and high school volunteers to help your skater.

We use TeamSnap for registration.  If you have used TeamSnap for any other sports team/organization, please log in with that account to get started.  Otherwise, you will be asked to create a new TeamSnap account before registering.
